A:Generally, the speakers are placed at an interval of 8 meters.

Q:What's the problem when the public-address power amplifier goes into protection mode after working for a very short time or when the volume is slightly increased?
A:There are three reasons that can cause the public-address power amplifier to go into protection mode:
1. The working load is greater than the rated output load of the power amplifier.
2. It is caused by a short-circuit in the broadcast line.
3. There is a problem with the power amplifier itself. The following methods can be used for trouble shooting:
a,Check the working load of the speaker. In the design of a broadcast project, the working load of the speaker should generally be 70% - 80% of the rated output power of the power amplifier. If the working load of the speaker is greater than this standard, it is necessary to replace the power amplifier with a more powerful one or reduce the number of speakers.
b, Remove all the loads of the power amplifier and connect a normally-working speaker. Check whether the power amplifier protection phenomenon occurs. If the power amplifier protection phenomenon still continues, it indicates a fault in the power amplifier itself, and the power amplifier needs to be replaced. If the protection phenomenon does not occur, it means that it is caused by a short-circuit in the broadcast line, and the broadcast line needs to be inspected and repaired.

Q:Is there any problem if the wiring of the speakers is not uniform?
A:The polarity of the speaker terminals must be the same as that of the output terminals of the power amplifier. If the connection methods are not uniform, it may cause the speaker to burn out the transformer and even affect the power amplifier.
