Warranty Coverage:

The warranty is only applicable to products used under normal operating conditions as specified in the product manual. If the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (such as excessive heat, humidity, or corrosive substances) beyond the recommended limits, the warranty may be voided.
Claiming Warranty:
In the event of a potential warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer service department within [5] days of discovering the defect. They should provide detailed information about the problem, including when it occurred, any error messages displayed, and the steps leading up to the malfunction.
Upon receipt of the claim, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely and shipping it back to us at their own cost, unless otherwise specified. The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. If you have lost your invoice and receipt, you need to provide other proof of purchase according to customer service guidance.
